Autobell Car Wash

Excellent service. I always get my car wiped down and vacuumed here. These guys always have my car sparkling when I leave.

Very disappointing. I was the only car being serviced the time. Check in was great. Pulled up for the wipe down/ vacuum and staff had no sense of urgency or detail in work. Exterior wipe down was never done leaving a residue and water spots all over my car. Backseat was not vacuumed. Poor experience and lack of value.

Service was wonderful by Izaih and sterling delivered exceptional customer service throughout my visit. My vehicle was impeccably cleaned inside and out, exceeding my expectations. I will definitely recommend Autobell Car Wash to others for their professionalism and outstanding quality of service.

My first time using Auto Bell, and due to the service I received, it will be my last. I paid $69.99, which included a $20 tip, because I was told two people would be working on my car. My experience started fine, but went south as soon as I came out of the car wash. I noticed a white truck to my left backed out of the line due to the long wait. When it was my turn, I pulled up, and a young woman who physically presented as a young man had her name tag reading Katelyn or Kayleigh. She started on my car; however, no one else came to assist her. She kept looking at her coworkers in frustration, rolling her eyes, talking to herself, snatching the vacuums, and stopping every few seconds to look at me. I watched her coworkers avoid her like the plague! Two cars came up behind me, and two people began cleaning them, while Katelyn was still cleaning by herself. Finally, a young man with Farrah Fawcett's hairstyle walked over to shine my tires, then left. The teamwork and effort I saw for other customers' cars, I didn’t receive half of that. Unfortunately, whatever is happening between the employees reflected on the service I received!! When my car was finished, I handed Katelyn both tip re

I put 2 * because pol do not take 1 * seriously I am a member on the 90.00ish a month plan, I did the usual 5.00 tip, went through the wash, then they pulled me into the left line and then 3 more Behind me went into the right lane . The left lanes had two vehicles in front of me no one was working on 1 , the other had 1 person . The right lane now With 4 vehicles, the first 2 are near completion, they were behind me in the wash , , After 10 minutes of no progress on the cleaning , I asked for a refund on the tip , they refused saying they can not refund the tip voucher , … but they can redeem it for cash for themselves ? Mgr needs review in how to manage the flow with a FIFO mindset . I’m calling corporate to see what else can be do e
